12.30 pm — 1.30 pm AEST, 03 October 2025
Webinar

Overview

As an experienced engineer, you’ve already proven your expertise and earned your place in the profession. Now, it’s time for your hard work to be recognised.

If you have more than 15 years of professional experience, you could achieve your Chartered status through an interview process.

The Chartered via Interview pathway is designed to minimise the time commitment, offering a streamlined route to this globally recognised credential.

In this information session, we’ll cover:

  • Why Chartered status is important for senior engineers
  • How the Chartered via Interview process works
  • The competencies you’ll need to demonstrate for eligibility
  • Continuing professional development (CPD) requirements for maintaining Chartered status
  • How Chartered aligns with mandatory state-based registration in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and NT

You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions you may have about becoming a Chartered engineer during the webinar.

Who should attend

This webinar is designed for engineers with more than 15 years of professional experience.

You do not need to be a member of Engineers Australia to attend.
