Who should attend 

This webinar is designed for all engineers who have yet to achieve Chartered status with Engineers Australia. It’s also beneficial for employers seeking to support their employees in becoming Chartered. 

If you have over 15 years of engineering experience, we recommend attending the webinar ‘Becoming Chartered with 15 or more years of experience.’ 

You do not need to be a member of Engineers Australia to attend.

Louis Field has been at Engineers Australia for eight years in various roles, with extensive experience in account management. Louis is the Senior Client Manager looking after Victorian engineering organisations looking to grow their capability and workforce credentialing. 

Most recently, Louis held a policy advisory role at Engineers Australia and now returns to client management to support engineering teams and their functions.

Sahil is a qualified Chemical Engineer with dual master’s degrees in environmental engineering and engineering management. Since joining Engineers Australia in August 2023, he has leveraged more than eight years of experience in key account management, B2B partnerships, consultative sales, business development, technical presentations, and customer engagement across industries including professional services and association, construction chemicals, telecommunications, and higher education.

In his current role as Client Manager for Small and Medium Enterprises, Sahil partners with businesses across NSW, VIC & QLD to support engineers on their pathway to Chartered status, enhance learning and development opportunities, and equip the next generation of engineers with the skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry. He is also passionate about empowering graduate and early career engineers combining his engineering expertise and leadership capabilities to make a meaningful impact on their professional journeys.
